Poland: new system for accessing incentives

The new law, in force from 1 July 2016, establishes an auction-based system for accessing incentives. The Ministry of Economy will set "reference prices" - maximum prices the projects can bid in auctions held in the given calendar year. Particular attention is paid to biogas producers.
