Turning digestate into value? It starts with data
Anaerobic digestion
Digestate is a strategic agricultural resource, but to turn it into real value, you need to know and measure. Everything begins with two essential analyses: one of the digestate itself, to understand its composition, and one of the soil, to identify what each plot truly needs. Only then can you optimise doses, reduce waste, and improve soil fertility in a targeted way.
This is exactly what the Cooperativa Speranza did — the first farm to carry out a study on eight plots with repeated soil sampling over time. The data collected enabled the creation of tailored, effective and sustainable fertilisation plans. A concrete example of how data makes the difference.
